We had an amazing time during our stay here. The staff were caring and accommodating, paying a taxi driver with cash when he wouldn't accept our credit card. The traditional Japanese decor in our room was like an art gallery, and the breakfast served in our room was delicious. The amenities were complete and thoughtful; we loved the free ice cream, water, and beer after our bath. the hotel facilities were excellent.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Spent my new year at a hotel and it was amazing! The room decoration was breath-taking, it had an art gallery vibe with traditional Japanese touches. The breakfast was delivered to my room and it felt like such a treat. I loved the fact that the hotel was located near the main street and it had super comfortable duvets!
The hot spring facility in the room was a bit old and not clean enough for my taste. It might be due to its age, but I think it could really use some refurbishment.

The hotel offered free ice cream, water, and beer after taking a dip in their hot springs. the staff was helpful and kind and the amenities were thoughtfully placed. the hotel's location was pretty convenient and close to the main roads.
The price we paid during Easter was outrageous and surprisingly higher than the ordinary price for a full accommodation package, including dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, I developed some skin allergy after using their wood bath which ruined my entire experience.

The place is decorated beautifully in traditional Japanese style, surely gives a poetic feeling for travelers. the location provides easy access to transportation, museums, and parks. the amenities in the room are impressive, and the food is deliciously served in-room. the spa on the ground floor is worth a visit, with a relaxing and beautiful space to enjoy.
But the prices are so high that it may not seem worth it to choose this hotel over others.
